Saturday is World Whiskey Day, so the Bonnets are about to get really boozy at One Eight Distilling! We play two sets, starting at 2:30pm, and the event is free. This is gonna be a fun one, but don't take our word for it; read what the distillers have in store for you:

What better way to kick off World Whiskey Day than by raising a dram of our new release: Untitled Whiskey #9! Enjoy tours, tastings, and all things whiskey. Our friends at Mess Hall are bringing the munchies featuring Apple Whiskey BBQ Wings by 8 Myles, sumptuous Apple Pie confections by Awkpie, liquid gold Hangover Soup by Prescription Chicken and Boozy treats from Sweeter Hue!

Untitled Whiskey #9 is a 6 year-old wheated bourbon blended and finished for 8 months in Limousin French oak Calvados casks. This is a bourbon that reads like a fruit forward Speyside Scotch. Months in Calvados casks impart a dry minerality, with toasted oak and crisp apple notes. These casks rarely make it to this side of the Atlantic, so sip carefully as you will not soon see its like again. 

Untitled is an inventive series of craft spirit creations that debuted in April 2015 featuring unique mash bills, seasonal releases, special finishes and limited-edition collaborations.
